A Friday Night Tradition
Most days of the week I get asked, "What are we having for dinner?" Sometimes this question finds me with no real decision made, WAY too close to dinner time, except on Friday nights. I don't even have to think about it. The answer is "Homemade Pizza". This past Friday evening, I got some help in the kitchen, woohoo! Courtney was my main assistant. The process went a lot faster having a second set of hands mixing, stirring, kneading and rolling. She's quite the little helper!

That's sooooo weird! Our Fridays are always pizza too!
We've been making homemade pizza's every Friday night since January of this year. The kids love it, so much in fact that I had to pick up frozen pizza's a few Friday's ago because I had just been too busy to make the dough and Peyton was bummed and mad that it wasn't homemade. He said that it wasn't as fun. ;)
We've been doing pizza on Friday nights for years now. It's great! Lately we've been buying it, but for a long time I always made it. I need to get back to that!
What time tomorrow should we be there? ;-)
Any time after 6 pm should be just fine! :)
